About me
Hi, I’m Lauren — founder of Peak Life HEALTH & Performance.
I grew up in Michigan as a competitive soccer and track athlete, and for years my identity was rooted in success. Over the span of 10 years, I went through three ACL and meniscus surgeries, living in a cycle of injury and recovery. Through those experiences, I began to see my body differently — not just as something to perform, but as something powerful, adaptable, and deeply capable. I discovered strength beyond stats: the kind built through awareness, patience, discipline, and respect for the body’s ability to rebuild, evolve, and endure.
I earned my degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Coaching from Michigan State University, coached track athletes and led fitness classes for a number of years, and then stepped into my work in recovery and lifestyle enhancement. Supporting individuals through injury, chronic pain, and rebuilding has shaped the holistic way I now coach — where performance, recovery, mental resilience, growth, and overall wellbeing work together. I believe in pushing limits, but always with functionality and sustainability as the goal.
Today, I live in Colorado with my amazing husband, train consistently, climb mountains, and continue finding new ways to expand my body’s capabilities. I coach the way I live: pushing with intention, recovering with purpose, and building strength that lasts.
I am deeply passionate about helping others discover what they’re capable of and achieving goals they once thought were out of reach.
